Is Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer for Construction Accelerator. With a Masters in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota, Rene has 20 years experience in software design and online marketing with four different companies in B2B and B2C in automotive, hospitality and design and construction. With his team of software engineers, marketers and UX designers, he leads the look and feel, the functionality and the marketing strategies for the product.
Andy Fulton
COO
Is a Certified Project Management Professional, Certified Scrum Master, and registered Civil Engineer with 15 years of experience in construction management and public works operations, including a decade in the US Navy as a Naval Civil Engineering Corps officer. He has a passion for helping teams excel and exceed their own expectations. Andy has trained dozens of companies and project teams in the practices offered here. He is Chief Operating Officer of Construction Accelerator, and lead facilitator/coach for The ReAlignment Group of California. Andy’s video, content and production contributions are essential to the quality of Construction Accelerator. Andy strives to always make one improvement every day.
Kyle Martinez

In addition to his deep knowledge of lean design and construction, Kyle is the video wizard who leads a team of 3 in the creation of engaging visuals and video editing. An experienced Facilitator and Team Coach for The ReAlignment Group of California, Kyle has deep experience in coaching and managing over 50 project teams in the Last Planner System® in design, construction, fabrication and hospital fit-up projects. He is also experienced in facilitating and coaching Root Cause Analysis, leading Villego® simulations, providing “5 Why” and Root Cause Analysis training. His degree is from the University of San Diego and he is a Director for Construction Accelerator, LLC.

A life-long learner, Dan has worked on all sides of the table and at all levels from laborer to superintendent to PM to design team manager to owner, and knows the industry’s needs and problems from the inside. Dan’s years of college teaching at UCSD and SDSU and field training since 1997 have honed his communication skills, as reflected in these fast-paced and easy-to-understand videos. With thirty-years of experience as a licensed architect practicing in healthcare design and construction, Cliff is continuously learning and sharing his expertise of innovative design and construction delivery and operations-based methodologies with design and construction management firms in Denver, Philadelphia, and Los Angeles, and in operations with healthcare owners such as Kaiser Permanente and Stanford Healthcare/Children’s Health. Cliff also holds a Masters of Science in Quality Assurance, and is a PhD candidate in Complex Systems Science. He is a Certified ScrumMaster and a Certified Scrum Product Owner, and holds certificates in Design and Construction Mediation and Arbitration.
